You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (cooling-off period), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (for non-faulty items)
Refunds:
- Full refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- Full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Exceptions:
- Opened personal hygiene or beauty products
- Custom or personalised items
